Планировали отпуск в Мальте. Перелет был из Болгарии. Воспользовался услугами онлайн-бронирования отеля. У сайта есть много нюансов. Самые главные из них: оплата до заселения 100%, а так же при отмене брони возможны штрафы вплоть до полной суммы бронирования. Надо быть на миллион процентов уверенным, что ты поедешь! Ваучер после бронирования пришел сразу же, на емейл. Причем, в нем чотко указывалось, что платить больше ни за что не придется, нужно лишь показать его в отеле на рецепции. Вся информация о них полностью правдива. Бывает, что некоторые сайт бронирования ошибаются, например, с завтраками и прочим, но на амоме все чотко. Услуги были представлены именно те, что указаны в описании к отелю. Русскоговорящей поддержки у них нет. Это несколько усложняет связь с администрацией. Хорошо, что нам повезло, и не пришлось обращаться к ним. Все делают так, как надо. Единственное, лучше не отказываться от брони, иначе есть вероятность того, что деньги будет вернуть очень сложно (нужны доказательства того, что бронь снята по уважительной причине).

Можно бронировать смело

Летом я запланировала самостоятельное путешествие по Франции. И мне нужно было забронировать 2 отеля в разных городах. На одном сайте, где ведется подбор самых дешевых предложений по бронированию, перешла на Амома.ком. Цены там действительно самые выгодные. Может, не на все страны и отели в них, но мне повезло. Экономия была больше 10 000 рублей в суме. Проблем с бронированием не возникло. Ваучеры очень быстро прислали мне на электронную почту. Так же, было указано, что я должна заплатить 500 рублей за сезонность, но только в 1 из 2 отелей с меня взяли эти деньги. И тут небольшая экономия есть. Минус только один - нет поддержки на русском языке. Я хотела кое что уточнить, то так ничего и не вышло. В английском языке, увы, я полный ноль. Впечатления положительные. Свой отпуск я провела незабываемо, причем, цена на проживание в 5-ти звездочном отеле оказалась ниже, чем я могла бы предположить. Пока это был единственный опыт по бронированию на амома, надеюсь, не последний. Если бронировать с официальных сайтов отелей, возможно, будет еще дешевле. Но мне понравилось работать с амома

Сайт для комфортного отдыха

На сайте собраны все самые выгодные предложения, но цены варьируются от места, на острова, к примеру, цены действительно выгоднее, чем на аналогичных сайтах Но жилье в Европе бронирую на Букинге. Так как там реально то же самое можно найти дешевле. С бронированием проблем нет, только оплатила - билеты и все документы уже на почте. Списание происходит, правда, не сразу. Деньги как бы замораживаются до момента, когда отель сам потребует оплаты. Это неудобно, чувствую себя неуверенно. Но в целом, сервис еще ни разу не подвел. Отдых проходил комфортно и недорого. Сервису ставлю пятерочку

Можно неплохо сэкономить

Просмотрев и сравнив цены по разным сайтам, решила забронировать отель в Греции через AMOMA. Отыскать и забронировать двухместный номер у меня получилось быстро, в основном, смотрела на самую низкую цену, на сайте она выделена ярким красным цветом и сразу же бросается в глаза. Вариантов по выбору отелей тоже много. На сайте присутствует вся необходимая информация о предоставляемом сервисе каждого из отелей, а рядышком, можно даже посмотреть отзывы пользователей на ресурсе Трипэдвайзер. В личном кабинете доступны все данные по бронированию, пользоваться удобно. Оповещение о бронировании, мне прислали на электронную почту, тоже в короткий срок. Такая оперативность меня порадовала, не люблю когда затягивают с ответом. Из недостатков, могу отметить отсутствие русскоязычной поддержки. В моем случае, это никак не отразилось на качестве отдыха, но при других обстоятельствах, это все-таки может создать определенный дискомфорт для туриста.

Через AMOMA у меня вышло неплохо сэкономить и на стоимости отеля, и на собственном времени.

Получил то, что заказывал

Бронировал. До этого использовал другой ресурс, но тут цены на Австрию отчего то оказались ниже. После оформления заказа попытался оплатить картой Балтийского – оплата не прошла. Со Сбербанковской картой проблем не было, единственный нюанс – бронь осуществлялась в евро, поэтому при заказе была произведена конвертация, за что, понятное дело, содрали комиссию. Буквально через 15 минут на электронную почту скинули ваучер. Также в письме сообщались контактные данные отеля, чтобы я мог позвонить им и уточнить факт бронирования. Имея опыт в этом вопросе, звонить стал только на следующий день – бронь подтвердили. Нашли русскоговорящего оператора, так как мой английский и тем более немецкий оставляют желать лучшего. С заселением проблем никаких не было, номер как на фотках. Единственное, жаль что не все карты у них принимают, если бы прошел Балтийский – не отдавал бы денег за комиссию при переводе, там в евро все хранилось.
